Join us for a guided mindful outdoor experience along quiet streets of Brookline Village and in a peaceful park. We will begin with a few gentle stretches before we walk to meet some of the town’s trees. We will use our senses to get to know the trees and discover secrets in their leaves and flowers. Come relax, renew, explore trees and reconnect with the natural world!

Join us for a guided nature walk down the side streets of Coolidge Corner and meet some of the town’s trees this Spring. Together we will explore the leaves and flowers and learn how to recognize and identify the street trees we see everyday!

Being with Trees Creatively: Watercolor
Together we will explore the unique features of individual trees and tree species using our senses and watercolor paint as tools for creative discovery. Weather permitting we will spend much of the time outdoors so please dress for the weather and bring a hat with a brim if possible. This is a process oriented class that welcomes all levels of art experience from beginners to professional artists. Come connect with trees creatively!

A process oriented creative exploration of trees using drawing and/or watercolor as tools for discovery. This class series is designed for adults of all levels of experience and ability. Very interested children 12+ are welcome to register with their participating parent or guardian.

Mindful Marsh Experience
An immersive workshop integrating gentle stretches, mindfulness, sensory explorations & a slow walk along a salt marsh. I hope you might join us!
